By accessing or using Psynastry (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Psynastry generates astrology charts and Enneagram-based personality insights from information you provide, such as your birth details and quiz responses. The Service is offered for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method.
• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you, or to probe, scan, or breach security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading, scraping, or introducing malicious code.
• Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Service or its content without our permission.

The Service, including its text, interpretations, designs, and software, is owned by Psynastry and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Your own content and data remain yours.

Content provided by Psynastry is for insight, reflection, and entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insights it produces are accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psynastry and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
